I've been wearing it almost everyday for a few months now. Leather straps are a little stiff at the beginning, but become nicer once worn-in. Seeing more wear-and-tear on the band than I would like, but that is the price of a leather strap. Compared to other watches, the case is a little thick and weighty; it could take a little getting used to if you don't already wear a watch. Although the glass isn't scratching, a lot of marks are starting to appear on the steel.

Watch itself is stunning to behold in person. Ticks and hands are more of a dark-blue rather than a bright blue, but they turn bright blue like in the preview picture when viewed in direct light. Skeleton dial is interesting but simple and not overwhelming - very clear and just the right size. The stainless steel, white, black, blue, and amethyst accents play together beautifully. Clear back-side also a very nice and intriguing touch. Leather straps match well with the stainless body. Even though I have a pretty small wrist, the watch doesn't appear overly large. It also does a great job with the blue details without overwhelming the appearance.

The luminous hands and dials aren't very bright, but doesn't really detract from the watch. It's great to see the gears, but the only internal actions that happen rapidly enough to notice through the skeleton are: 1. the escapement, 2. the rotor, 3. the crown wind/time setting, 4. reserve spring.

This watch uses a Seagull Automatic Movement. Crown spring winding only works in the counter-clockwise direction. The crown has a little bit of play and stick, so turning it precisely to set the time can be a little tough. Caution must be taken when turning back the time; the crown should be put to a neutral/forward position otherwise it will hack the seconds hand. The watch has been accurate so far, and I have not noticed much time gained/lost in a day (not more or less than 5 seconds, running 2 seconds fast on average)- rate of time loss/gain depends on how much activity I subject the watch to. The watch only has a 38 hour reserve, so be mindful to give it a spin/wind if it's not spending much time on your wrist. I have had it stop on me a few times over the weekends when I left it on the table.

Great watch for the price point. Have had positive comments from friends and am enjoying it so far. Would be a great and unique gift for anyone who enjoys the elegance of mechanical devices: engineers, car enthusiasts, tinkers, etc.
